Hey, how’s it going? It’s Brian – I figured I’d try something new and chronicle my music findings over the span of 2020. Normally, I keep track of what I listen to a small degree, but this time it’s PUBLIC.

Uh oh.

If you somehow found this or I (God forbid) showed this blog to you, welcome! I’ve slowly realized that my obsession love for music has grown beyond me keeping it to myself (and a few friends), so I figured blogging would be a good way to give my opinions and recommendations. To start out, my music taste is eclectic, to say the least. It’s not really easy to nail down my favorite genres, but here’s a list of my top albums of the decade:

As you might be able to tell, I listen to an interesting range of genres. From outrun to new wave to future funk to hard rock, I’ve got it all.

(I take it back, there are several exceptions, but that’s for another time.)

I don’t really know what I’m doing when it comes to blogging, so hopefully it’s like riding a bike: you start out with some false confidence, but eventually, after metaphorically falling off countless times and metaphorically crashing into multiple trees, it becomes second nature. Metaphorically.

So yeah, that about wraps up my introductory post for this strange blog. Hope it’s interesting enough for you to stay around and occasionally read, internally chuckle, and maybe, MAYBE, check out to one of my recommendations. If you’d like to, at least. I’m not your dad. I also found out you can add quotes to blog posts, so here’s a quote from the late 35th President of the United States of America:
